  there are no words to describe this campground it's a far cry from a resort it's in super poor conditions once you pass the office the bathrooms are unsanitary and broken half the time grounds are poorly maintained probably because the maintenance *** spends more time drinking at his camper than working.. the office staff of ladies are rude and very unprofessional to say the least, they charge random amounts of money the amounts are ridiculously high for a poor campground our experience was they help themselves to your bank account ?? and claim it's for un merited fees unannounced and UNATHORIZED they charged 3 of our family members for the same fee we called corporate and spoke to a lady who would only give her FIRST name ( *******) absolutely ZERO help it's no wonder encore has a under 4 star rating our banks are now disputing these UNATHORIZED help yourself to our money charges... bottom line is stare clear of this place they are super dishonest people and the utterly most rudest company!! they claim the fee was a damage fee for taking a bag of trash to a dumpster since when does it cost 400$ to do such a thing!! cleaning fee give me a break if they did any kind of cleaning around there the bath houses wouldn't be disgusting all but the one by the office which is in the pictures the others are left unseen... they will rip you and your bank account off....

  Do Not Go Here!! Place is infested with roaches, spiders, fire ants and every other pest you can imagine. On their welcome packet it even tells you to notify them if you have a pest problem so they can come spray. Isnt this some thing that should be done on a regular basis without your paying customers having to ask for? Then once you ask them to do it, it takes four different people to put in the order until it actually gets done which then it still doesnt help. Very unsafe for animals and can definitely do damage to your property if youre staying long-term. Staff and maintenance are extremely rude to everyone. If you are not a permanent resident you do not get treated well. Everyone is not on the same page, so you will always get a different answer from each person you talk to. If we wouldve known it wouldve been this bad we wouldve gone somewhere else. Save your money and go elsewhere. The pool is nice but it is always filled with kids screaming and kicking around and when its empty its always dirty. The laundry closes at 9 PM. Which is way earlier than any other RV place weve ever been to. We did our clothes late at night one day and then they locked us out so we were unable to go get them till morning when they were moldy. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service and over priced for how much you have to deal with.
