Southern Shine Cleaning Company provides residential cleaning services for Fernandina Beach FL, Yulee FL, and surrounding areas.

Our services include basic house cleaning, deep cleans, move-in/out cleans, and exterior/interior window cleaning. My team and I are available to come one time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

STANDARD CLEANING: This Cleaning Service includes the following:

• Kitchen: Sanitize counters, sinks, appliance faces, and cabinet faces; sweep and mop floors; clean stove top and inside microwave.

• Bedrooms: Sweep and vacuum floors (mop if applicable); dust furniture.

• Living and Dining Room: Sweep/vacuum floors (mop if necessary); dust furniture; straighten bookshelves and tables

• Bathrooms: Sweep and mop floors; sanitize all surfaces (countertops, sinks, cabinet faces, etc.); clean shower stalls and baths; clean toilets; empty trash.

DEEP CLEANING: This Cleaning Service includes everything in the Standard Clean Plus the following:

• Wipe down doors front/back trim and window frames: All rooms in the house.

• Dust ceiling fans: All ceiling fans in the house.

• Wipe down all baseboards: All rooms in the house.

• Dust walls and hung pictures: All rooms in the house.

• Dust décor (tchotchkes, knickknacks, etc.): All rooms in the house.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT Cleaning: This Cleaning Service includes everything in the Standard Cleaning Package and Deep Cleaning Package Plus:

• Fully clean the inside of the refrigerator/freezer combo

• Fully clean the inside of the oven/stove

OPTIONAL SERVICES: These Add-On Services can be selected as part of any cleaning package at your discretion for an additional fee:

• Clean the inside of Refrigerator/Freezer Combo

• Clean inside of Oven/Stove

• Clean inside Windows and Window Tracks All Rooms

• Lanai/Porch Cleaning
