    Tow truck company is contracted out by ***. The driver fails to tell me that it's $7.00 a mile, until he's already picked up the vehicle. Also, the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing. What a nightmare. They couldn't even pick up at the scheduled time. Oh. And they woke me up at 7 am, wanting information they already had. Awful. Thievery.

    I have a new driver in the house and she accidentally put diesel in her car. The first tow company that I called was busy and gave me their number and I am so glad that they did! I had no idea how to handle the situation and the driver was extremely kind and guided me through the process. The vehicle was picked up and serviced within a few hours despite being told that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the morning and they gave me a hell of a deal to fix our boo boo. The lady in the office was extremely kind and they made what was a semi hectic day glide with ease. Very grateful for their service and will most definitely be back for future services.
