    On 5/31/23 mailed 3 boxes of China(family heirloom,80 yrs old)through UPS Store #********* David ****** Dr;Eustis, Fl 32726; Mgr. Saumil ********). I paid $89.27 to mail boxes. Upon receipt from family member,all 3 boxes were damaged. I followed damaged procedure w/ UPS (**************************). Attempted twice(2 days) to get "validation codes" to file claim,BUT on hold online( for 40 min or so). Following day got inaudible 5 VM's w/ BOGUS 800 phone numbers that didn't reach UPS. Met w/ manager got mis-information and told that it was RECIPIENT that was to use website to file claim for damaged boxes. Family member attempted same procedure(s) and got SAME bogus 800 phone numbers and unable to proceed on website waiting because of "validation codes",like myself. Then attempted to meet w/ Mgr. 2nd time,he didn't show up to discuss matter. Upon 3rd meeting(6/22/23),attempted to get refund for payment(5/31/23),and told refund was already sent(a lie !?)to me. Denied receiving ANY type of payment/refund and told him of my opinion of his customer service and left store. I have pictures of the damaged China and receipts if desired.....
