  Poor customer service. They were scheduled to be at a job site from 2:00-4:00. At 3:30 I asked if they were still coming and they said they were running late. Didn’t say how late. At 4:30 I called the office and they were closed. So we went home. At 5:45 I get a call saying they were 15 minutes out. I said no it’s too late. Please reschedule me for tomorrow morning. The next day I get an email saying I was rescheduled for 2 weeks later.

  We were DEFRAUDED working with them and lost $43,683.00 and NEVER received a GENERATOR.
  
  We were purchasing a Generator from Accurate Power and Technology. Dan ********, their sales rep, and I agreed on a price. I I asked for the Wire instructions.
  -11:36am 2/28/22 he responded "Just sent them to you sir. It's in a separate email." He copied Barbara from their company on the email.
  - Four minutes later, at 11:40 am Feb 28,2022 I received an email from Accurate Power and Technology with the wire instructions, which the company would later claim were fraudulent wire instructions.
  - 3:42pm 3/1/22 I sent the wire of $43,683.38 per their instructions and asked for confirmation. I have their wire instructions and receipt from my bank stating the wire went through successfully.
  - 3:44pm 3/1/22 Barbara confirmed receipt of my funds via their company email.
  -3/9/22 at 1:30pm dan ******** contacts me and said they never received the payment. I emailed back and said I paid it and Barbara confirmed it. I have the receipt that they received the funds.
  -3/9/22 We received a call from Dan ******** saying they never received the funds and their email must have been intercepted and they will not be sending a generator. They are refusing to give us the generator that we paid over $43,000 for. I have filed a POLICE REPORT on them.

  Your money never made it to our accounts. Not much we can do about it, it was stolen somehow during the wire. You still owe for the transfer switches that are on your clients wall. I will lean the property because of this.
