    Ricky and his team did an amazing job on my master bath! I did a complete remodel, including new flooring, new sinks (mine were extremely outdated) and a tear down and rebuild for a bigger shower and better water pressure. I could not be happier! Its no longer cramped when I take a shower, my floors are bright and beautiful and the team managed to finish the job in a timely manner even though Im located all the way in Clermont. While they were here I asked if they could add the installation of a utility sink in my laundry room and they did it the day of for $500 less than I was quoted by a different company. I highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

    Took him from Feb when I paid him $7000 till August to do a 5x3 shower that was supposed to be a walk in NOT a step in than charged me a additional $550 for the change in the shower floor which the material cost was only $210 and never credited me off the other flooring cost ,Now all the walls are cracking also the floor all the way around the pan and drain is cracked on top of it holds water in the back corners and when checked with a level the back doesn't flow to the drain

    Scheduled 1 week out, he called on the day of the installation and rescheduled for a week later. The following week we called to see if he was going to show up. He asked to reschedule again. We canceled the job. It was a small job, that is now two weeks behind. Big mistake counting on this guy.

    Ricky and his crew did a complete rip out down to the studs of my master bathroom. They then did a complete rebuild, including rerouting plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, granite for countertops and sinks, fixtures, and a custom built shower. Actually everything in the bathroom is brand new. I could not be happier with the results. It now makes my day to use my new bathroom in the morning! I love it. They cleaned up up after themselves daily. The cost of my project was almost $11,000 cheaper with Ricky Ray’s than the estimate I received from one of them so-called bathroom, renovator companies!

    The tile shower was satisfactorily installed. There were some communication problems and the timeline expanded from 2 weeks to 2 months because of slow delivery of the doors. Additionally it leaked under the door the first time it was used because of no sealant.

    Overall, Ricky and his associate did exceptional work. They generally arrived on time. The work was completed as promised. I would recommend them to anyone.
