    I had my shower re-grouted 1/26/23. I was told to not use the shower for at least 2 days after the work, I waited 4 1/2 days. Pieces of grout starting coming out after the 1st shower, and I called the company 3 times before the serviceman got back to me and came back out. He did a quick patch and told me to wait 24 hours to use the shower. I had a new garbage disposal scheduled to be installed, so I waited the as long as I could OVER 24 hours to use the shower again. Now the grout is pulling away in several sizable areas (Unpatched side) and the problem appears to be growing. I have 5 days left on the whopping 30 day warranty and I've called twice since his last visit but have not heard back. I work 2 jobs, am grieving, and have many healthcare appointments, so it's frustrating to use my downtime waiting for acceptable service and work done right.

    I have fought "dirty" grout in kitchen and foyer for 25 years. Bill took care of it in one day with cleaning, painting and sealing. I couldn't be happier and strongly recommend him.
