    Update to my 6/13/2023 review.Around July of this year, **** of Floor Depot contacted me about the problem with the previous installed floor. It seems even the manufacturer was advising now to install vapor barriers under vinyl floor going over concrete.Long story short, Floor Depot finished installing a new lament floor over a barrier today. Looks and feels excellent. I only paid for the upgrade. The installation crew was very professional and left everything very clean.

    I just sent following to Floor Depot of Dunedin. In September of 2021 you installed Prohibition Bootlegger vinyl flooring in our home. It was installed without a vapor barrier. After a 3-6 month period salts from the old cement floor began to seep through tile joints in one area. There was and continues to be no water present. After a number of conversations with the general manager you refused to do anything. Now the issue is floor wide with planks separating and in some places apparently separating layers. Please schedule an inspection and/or give me forms to file a warranty claim with GlobalGem Flooring. If nothing can be done by end of summer this year I plan on having this product removed and replaced. I will return to your store your product via a truck with dump bed, for an eighty percent return, based on the ten year warranty; or you can schedule a removal of same. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
