    This past weekend I had my second move with Red Carpet Relocators and I can’t complain about one thing. The movers are respectful and hardworking. They take the time to do little things like wrapping up furniture and breaking down and REBUILDING beds in order to make the move go more smoothly. When we got to our new home, they asked where they should place the furniture to limit how much heavy things would have to be moved around after they left. The employees are respectful of your space and your requests. Even though they are on a clock, the movers don’t purposely waste time to run up the bill. As a matter of fact, I was genuinely impressed and thankful about how efficiently they worked. If I move again in Orlando, Red Carpet will 100% be who I go with! Thank you again! Also I’d like to shoutout the 3 movers we had this Sunday for their excellent work: Guenesson, Richard, and Jerman (I hope I spelled those correctly!).

    I hate to write this review because I think I did the appropriate things when you have a complaint. I hired Red carpet relocators for my move back in November of 2022, I contacted them via phone to state that I had a complaint in which (Audris) offered me an e-mail to follow up with documentation and my formal complaint. I sent the e-mail at the end of the month to Audris.
    My complaint regarded a few topics: damage to property, inaccuracy of time spent working versus overall time spent at the location, changing appointment time from the morning to the afternoon. I was quoted a certain amount for the property and the move (which was to relocate a 2/2 1100sq ft apartment, 2 miles away) and the final price was over double the amount.
    I believe that the change benefited the company as they were able to spend more time moving the items and had no appointments to follow that of my own. I had reached out to formally complain and when I did--while also presenting photos of the damage, text messages and communications between the employees (a total of 3.5 hours were accumulated outside of the quote)-- I acknowledged that a quote is an estimate and that it does not reflect the final numbers. When I contacted them to discuss everything I was met resistance, even going as far as to say that I did not contact them prior to make a complaint and that it was too far past a complaint period. When I submitted documentation, they responded with an e-mail saying they did not get the items and could not verify my complaint. The e-mail receipts I have contain the hyperlinks, documents and zip files for them to access. Eventually Audris and the staff from Red Carpet Relocators stopped responding.
    This company on the surface seems high quality and even customer friendly, but they are unprofessional and truthfully sketchy. I appreciate the help with the move but I could have broken some of my own items and not have had to pay $500 over my estimate

    As we previously discussed several times, we provide all customers a base quote including the hourly rate for the movers plus a travel fee with a two hour minimum. The total time depends on the amount of items the customer needs moved, as we explained to you. We have responded to all of your calls and emails.
