I've done a number of home refinancings, including a previous reverse mortgage. Reece A. did a stellar job in handling my reverse mortgage refinance in 2024, definitely the best of the all of the mortgage broker reps I've dealt with. Specifically, he responded promptly without exception when I had a question, and was proactive in providing detailed information when he thought I might need additional info. Additionally, when I had a competing offer from my reverse mortgage servicing company, he responded quickly and professionally, and came up with a better overall proposal.
