    This complaint is against Boatique Graphics and the owner/principal *******************************. A year ago I placed a large order of shirts with him for my sportfish boat. The process was not seamless but I got the order and the shirts looked fine. On May 20th of this year I called ******* and asked about ordering ******************************************************************* He sent me a proof and invoice on the same day which I paid immediately. He told me I'd have the stickers in a week. After about a month of no stickers and no communication, I tried to get hold of ******************** which was never easy. I was able to get hold of him several times though, usually via text, and on 4 seperate occasions he told me the stickers were done and would ship on Monday. I have never received them. Last Friday, I reached ******************** via text and gave him a last chance to supply me a tracking number or a refund and a copy of my boat image so I can go elsewhere with my order by close of business Monday. Nothing was received so I am filing this complaint along with a fraud claim with my ******************** ******************** is not a reputable person in my opinion and struggles to deal honestly with his customers. I would strongly suggest avoid doing business with him. It is simply not worth the hassle.

    Tried to get some custom boat shirts designed for our cruising hosts - process started mid February, ordered 6 March. Since then a long string of unanswered communications, promises of shipment and now a phone hang up. My experience with ******************************* has been a frustrating bust for my $600 order. Stay clear, find a more reliable vendor. One star because I cant give less.
