Can't get anyone at Next Auto protection to answer the phone to file a claim. I have tried all 3 phone numbers with no response. The service manager at the **** dealer also tried with no luck getting through. I have a vehicle service agreement and want Next Auto protection to honor it.

Trash. They only cover aftermarket parts, and $100 an hour labor. Find me a mechanic that ony charges $100 an hour! Average is $177. And they have cleverly omitted hundreds of likely to fail parts from their policy. This is total junk. Don't buy from them OR ******.

A ******* calls sells me on coverage for 5 years paying initial 109. He says he can get the "girls" to cancel my current service contract with the dealer I bought the car from. Before hanging up I ask about this because he said it would be done via email but I insisted so he told me to call the 888 number and ask for cancellation. There's no way a credible business is going to operate without having a way for their clients to reach them and there definitely seems no response will be had from calling that number. I've read so many reviews citing the same thing which means we have some THIEVES on hand & those never prosper. You reap what you sow though so do not think you will be getting away with it just because you are seeing some easy money now. These debts will be repaid one way or another. However if this is a legit company and you intend to honor your agreements you have to provide a way for customers to reliably communicate. I hope this is the case for your sake or the people whom I spoke with being a female assuming the name ******** and a male assuming the name *******; you will swiftly perish.

We have been scammed, for sure! Tried to reach these people right after we never received the promised e-mail confirming our purchase. They sure took that money right away, though. The toll free number just hangs up, with no option to even talk to anyone. We called our bank and canceled our card and blocked them from taking any more money. We want to cancel this policy and we also contacted our previous *************** and told them not to cancel our policy with them. We would like to cancel our warranty policy with Next Auto Protection and get our $95.00 refunded. We talked to them on ****- 2022 and have received nothing from them yet.

if I could give a negative rating, I would give a negative 5 star. Yea, I have recently bought into a warranty (contract). for my ****** Impreza. now I bought into this warranty because my car was a 2011 and it sounded like a good idea. just for this company to tell me to get f@#$ed. lol. the first time was because I was 3 days short of the 30 day ****. and I was like 17 miles short for **** mile **** for the contract to take effect. when i had my first issue, Under the contract, this was the reasons for you guys not to touch my car. okay what ever. contract is a contract, and that's what I get for not looking into it personally. i accept that. just for you guys to tell me now that you don't cover what the issue that is wrong with it at the moment. like seriously, seals and gaskets are engine related. and not only that, I ASKED YOUR **** SELLS REP IF THAT WILL BE COVERED (DEALT WITH THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE DEALERSHIP WARRANY!) AND HE SAID EVERYTHING!! and with this warranty ill be set for the next 5 years! he said! well now my car is in the shop ENGINE related just for you guys to tell me that I'm on my own. just like the dealership warranty. ill be **** if I pay into YET ANOTHER TRASH A** WARRANTY!. and now I'm being told, IF I WANT TO CANCLE I first must write a letter? like for real this s*** not high school! stop playing with me and my money. you received my **** money over phone. I want to cancel this trash a** service over phone. and now I cant even get no one to answer the **** phone just so I can get the right address. no one wants to answer. what circus are you guys running?

Next Auto Protection called me on July 13, 2022 to offer me an auto warranty. I purchased the extended warranty for $139.00. The rep stated that the company would send me an email confirmation of the purchase and agreement of the service. After I hung up from talking with them, I saved the local central ********* phone number that came on my caller ID. When I didn't get the email that they promised, I looked at the charge on my credit card that I used and it produced a toll free number. When I ran a trace on the toll free number, it produced a location in *************, **. The trace produced the name NAP ****** Auto Coverage. When I called the number, a recording came on stating, "Leave a message and someone will return the call." I also called the ********* number and got the message, " The agent is not available but will return the call, leave a number and name to be reached at." ************ appears to be unreliable in answering the phone calls because they use the excuse "they are short staffed because of Covid 19." Also, I have read many complaints on the BBB website about them not returning calls when people paid for the service and people who needed to file a service claim and had difficulty when they couldn't reach an actual person instead of a recording. They are supposed to be open Monday to Thursday from 10a to 5:30 pm, and Friday 10am to 4 pm. During those hours, a recording comes on instructing the caller to leave a message and someone will return the call. I want your help in going after this company to refund my $139 and to cancel this service.
