I hired this company to eliminate bees that had settled in my tree back in late July of this year. **** came out and did what she was supposed to. However, when ***** came out for the follow-up visit, he confirmed the fact that the bees were gone but refused to close the area in the tree with foam even though I had requested him to do so. He didnt see the need for it. Now, less than two months later, the bees are back in the same exact area because it was not sealed as I had requested, and as other companies had done in the past I had used. I called Excel back yesterday and explained the situation, and eventually got ahold of ***** who was nothing but rude and indignant, insisting that he did a great job in eliminating the bees and taking no responsibility for the fact that they reappeared so quickly. If he would have only done what I had asked him at the time I wouldnt be having this problem reoccur so soon after I paid good money to have this resolved the first time. Because of ****** arrogance and plain laziness to not do the job right, especially after I had specifically asked him to foam the area which would have better fixed the issue, I am back to square one with these bees. He even lied to me when I called yesterday and said he left a can of foam for me if I wanted to do his job for me. That tells me he agreed that he could have done it if he wanted to, but no, he knew better. Thanks, Excel. Youve lost me as a customer.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that the service you received did not meet your expectations. It is our understanding that we did eliminate the bees in the tree as requested. Generally we do not apply foam sealant to trees as there is a risk that it could kill the tree. Since we do not want your tree to die, we did not apply the foam material. Bees can return to trees in a short amount of time because they are outdoors and there is no way to keep them from returning. We would be happy to return to your home to re-treat the bees that have returned.
