    I had my fence installed via ****** last year. About a month and a half ago i called to inquire about them coming back out to look at the gate that i'm having trouble with. The young lady that i spoke to assured me that someone would get back to me and 'argued' with me that she had no access to look up my file. I waited a whole week, called them back stating that no one had contacted me. She stated that the guy was out sick. I waited another week and got the same woman and she stated that the guy was still out sick. I waited another week and spoke to a guy who insisted that he couldn't do anything as he didn't have access to my file and that someone would call me back. Even though it was ***************** , the ****** representative told me to contact them as he suspected that the warranty **************** had run out. The ****** representative contacted them twice with the folks assuring him that someone would contact me with no success. I called again today and the young lady that i spoke to earlier answered the phone. she , i believe, lied stating that she had several calls and would call me back. she called back and hung up before i could answer. i called back and she said that she knew who i was and could not help me and immediately hung up on me. It has been over a month and i just had questions about them coming back to help with the gate they installed. I would not recommend this company at all, at any time and i hope that ****** will cancel them to use again. I am a retired combat vet and i think i deserve to be treated far better than this. I hope that something can be done about this company's lack of integrity lack of professionalism.

    Lifetime ***************************** designed a beautiful gate for a pre-existing fence. Their design included lattice, top/bottom, with reinforced bracing and hardware adding much needed character to the backyard.

    ordered a fence thru ****** 5/10/23. Permit was issued , installers came middle of July , side fencing was installed. Work stopped due to survey variance and possible new permit. No need for new permit, decided fence to be completed by existing permit. Have not heard from installer in 3 weeks now. Keep calling ****;s almost daily, they call installer, no response from installing company, Just want the fence finished!!
