    Worst company ever. Damaged roof, crushed other bushes, hedges, didn't remove debris like it was agreed upon. I paid in full on Veteran Tree Surgeon's word that the job would be completed the next day. Over a month now and I never received a call back after reaching out multiple times. Untrustworthy, non-professional, amateur tree removal at best. Did more damage than good, I could have dropped a huge branch on the roof and dragged it off myself. The following day, this company was across the street from me doing tree work and piled all debris from that job ON TOP of VERY VISIBLE bushes, hedges, plants, and a wood fence. Completely crushed. They left an old battery and tons of debris on the roof, in the yard, and took apart a fence and never put it back together. I have a report attached but BBB only allowed 1 picture. I have videos, pictures, screenshots of me trying to reach out. I have given ample amount of time for resolution, I'm through. I finished the debris removal myself (an all day ordeal) and will hire a roofer to repair my roof. Depending on the company's response to BBB, or if they do not respond, I may pursue legal actions. Avoid this company at all costs.
