    I made the initial phone call and ***** called me right back and made an appointment for the next day. ******* walked the yard, discussing every detail & what to expect. Then she gave me the free estimate. We decided the work would begin in a couple of days, and they actually arrived early because of the weather. They brought a couple of trucks, motorized cart, and lots of other equipment. They began work the minute they arrived, and they made sure I was happy as they went along. They were very polite & friendly and they had a clear plan about what needed to be done. They cleaned everything up to the last leaf, and hauled it off. They work really well together and actually seem to enjoy their work. I hope to be using them again for some additional work. I was very happy. ****** *. Deltona

    We had to hire another company to finish to job. Showed up on time and did their job is the only reason for the 1 star. The problem is their version or work differs from all other tree companies. They do WAY less for WAY more. Make them do a line item proposal. That was my fault for not requesting it. Bit us.
