  ***** was rude as h*** Cant even communicate basic details and ghost for 3 hours just to blame it back on me. You don't deserve to be in service industry.

  This is a mixed review. When I started shopping for car shipping quotes to have my parents car shipped to me, AAT was the most consistent and friendly company reaching out to me every day via text for about a month straight. Once I had secured dates and locations, I called them to do business. One of the first things ***** repeatedly said to me verbatim was, I am not a broker. I own these trucks and we service [your route] 3-4x a week. I had worked for a broker for years and did not want the job to go to a broker. I would have felt more comfortable paying a smaller company directly, even if it costed more so I did not attempt to negotiate. We couldnt quite get the dates ironed out and ***** said he would call me back. That was the last time I spoke with ***** directly. With no call back from Yandy by the next business day, my father (shipping the car) called ***** to find out whats what. By the time I got off of work that morning, ***** had friendly-pressured my parents into paying a deposit even though the dates ***** and I discussed last still would not work.(I dont want your daughter to lose her spot, the deposit is needed, etc.). My dad and I were sent two different copies of the contract with different pickup dates two days apart. My dad waited all day at home on the earlier date we requested for pickup in order to have an on time delivery. I called the driver who knew nothing about our shipment and was, in fact, two days worth of driving away from the shipping location. (This is part of why I didnt want to utilize a broker; too many moving parts.) After I placed a lot of follow-up calls, ******* in dispatch eventually made it right by securing a new driver for the following morning so we could have an on-time delivery. The company they assigned was very professional, communicative, and on time. Service was completed with customer doing legwork, even though youre paying for a full service. Be aware - THEY ARE OPERATING AS A BROKER.

  I had an order with American Auto transport, *********************** to transport my car from Wa state to ******* and on the pick up date my husband waitted for the truck driver in the parking lot location for 8 hours, from 10 am to 4 pm and I was assured by my agent *********************** the driver will be there soon. I asked many times for driver phone number and I was denied. I received a call from the customer service at ******************** and the woman said my order was confirmed for today but when i asked what time she said she will call back. She did not call back and then I kept calling but she never picked up the phone. My husband had to catch a flight later on that day so i was worried about driver not coming to pick up the car. Around 3:30 pm the agent called and said the driver will be late. I asked how late?. He would not say. After another **************************************************************************** my order was cancelled. I said, this is not possible , who cancelled the order. She did not say anything just hang up the phone. I called my agent, *********************** and message him and he message back that my order was cancelled. After waitting 8 hours for the driver. And he stoped answering my calls, my texts. Earlier in the day *********************** said to leave the key in the gas tank and the car in the parking lot but now I was confused. I did not know if I still need to leave the car there with the key in the gas tank or not if any driver will pick up my car. I cried and cried and my husband lost his flight and nobody at American Auto transport answered when I called. I called the numbers for ********, for ******* sales, for Midwest sales and left messages with my order number and nobody called me back. I am having a nervous breakdown and I do not know what to do. Since is late in the day and my husband lost his flight he had to drive the car.Never ever use this company again and *********************** is a very cruel man that sent my to ER today.

  Worst Company working with customer service never answer the call nor call us back. The guy name ******************* is just lier. Please do not do any business with them.

  My daughter set up a transport from ********* to ********* for 12/08. She answered every "unknown " number because she knew this was pending. The driver did not show up on the 8th because he said that he was running late. Then on the 9th, he said that his transmission went on his truck. My daughter called ******* on the 9th, 10th, and 11th. She left for ********** on the 12th and we had to rent her a car. I tried to talk to SOMEONE, ANYONE at the company and they were rude and blamed us for this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
