  I have contacted them so many times about missed garbage and especially recyclables pickup and nothing gets better. They always have the same excuse that a truck broke down. I think if any truck breaks down anywhere they must reroute our neighborhood truck to the fancy areas because our neighborhood doesnt rate. They have missed pickup for our recyclables for 5 weeks in a row and it is not the first time. I have asked for a reduction on my bill for the missed times and they dont ever respond. We pay for it and they should at least have a system in place to accurately bill people for the services they really receive. They can make promises all day long about how often they will pick your stuff up, but it is all just got air and we have never ever gotten what we pay for.

  I have a 2 yard dumpster that Ive had with this company for approximately 15 to 20 years. I signed a five-year contract with them a little over four years ago. The price in the contract was $68 per month. Since then the price climbed to over $268 per month. When I called to cancel my service they informed me I would have to pay over $1000 to get out of my contract. They informed me that in the contract it specified that there could be price increases. I appreciate that inflation has been running high. But a 300% increase is extreme! And when I explain to them that the price increase was extreme they offered to lower it but only if I signed another five-year contract. But they started raising the price within months of me signing the last one! Whats to say they wouldnt try charging me $1000 a month by the time the next contract was up. How many other people are they ripping off! How is this legal!!!

  They often don't come when they are supposed to they charge a Basic container Fee of ***** when I had to buy my own can once I moved to the community . We finally received one a month later and now they are charging this container Fee and not allowed to use the one I brought. Therefore I am FORCED to use theirs. Unreal!. Unfortunately can't not use another company as they are the only one allowed in my community I am sure they have an agreement with the *** behind closed doors.

  They often take a week of, to pick up the trash and when you call them they ignore the calls and dont don anything not even a credit for the lack of service they have
