    k&s services did a fantastic job on multiple projects around my home. they did a shower remodel that is just beautiful. I get compliments on their work whenever someone sees my bathroom. even other professionals! they were kind, polite, on time, very knowledgeable when I had questions and walked me through every step of my projects. I will definitely hire them in the future for anything I need done around my home.

    I am sorry I hired K & S Services. Terrible work ethic, never showed up on time. Made the promise of a full crew and showed up with his two sons. He has a temper and got annoyed with me at simple common sense requests. Never cleaned up after the few hours of work I could get out of him. I waited for days for him to come by and pick up his tools after we had to put the job on hold due to circumstances beyond my control. The only afternoon with in a 7 day span I told him I was not available he shows up and starts blowing up my phone. He kept trying to extort more money from me out side of his bid because it looked like and insurance settlement might happen. I reimbursed him for material receipts and never got a copy. I paid for 3/4 of the job and got 1/4 of the work. I was very flexible with his schedule as I am home because I am retired. He got covid-19 during my job and blamed me. HIs kids were sick and they never wore any face covering. I have severe lung conditions, so I wore a mask and kept away from them. I can never get in touch with him because his voice mail is always full. It tried to update him on the status of my insurance claim as I said I would because I expected him to come and finish the job when everything was settled and he was rude and nasty via a text message. I am new to the area and went off a recommendation from a local real estate agent who knew him. That was a big mistake! I got the sense he was new in his career. I thought I had found someone I could trust for other jobs around the house. I asked if he could recommend an electrician to power a ceiling fan. He never followed thru, I asked for the guys number so I could call on my own. The electrician had nothing nice to say about him and he quoted me a higher cost than the electrician was going to charge me.
