"Cody, owner of Smoyer Solutions, has been working on some projects on my 30+ year old home (including painting, replacing the shower wall in my master bathroom, installing a new kitchen sink, installing new fixtures in my kitchen and bathrooms, and replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures all over my home [inside and out]).
