Around the turn of the century I bought my first computer, and I subscribed to Geeks on Site shortly afterward, They have solved many problems for me since then, and provided many tune **** I wouldn't be without the service. **********************

I think they are a great company. My computer had viruses and they were able to remove them remotely. I do have a problem with some emails being flagged as spam when they are not. The problem should resolve as I continue to open them..Geeks On Site

He came on time , fixed the problem also made a suggestion to connect Ethernet cable to my computer. I am 86 yrs old and he treated me like his grandma( very patient and kind)Geeks On Site

Geeks have been helpful to me. They do a monthly tuneup if I order it. However, I did n't appreciate the sales pitch they gave me for buying a new computer when I don't need one.I pay for an annual membership and only pay for additional software when needed. When I do need a new computer I will probably order if from them as their estimate was a good one.Geeks On Site

Have used Geeks On Site for servicing on-line for years. Recently purchased a laptop thru them. Service agent was prompt, courteous and quickly set us up. Addressed all of our concerns. Not being too tech savvy ourselves - we felt comfortable and secure knowing that we had an expert at our hands. Five Star rating from us (if you had more stars - we'd rate higher!)Geeks On Site

I have had excellent service with their company in *******. The first time I used them my computer had been compromised. Someone very knowledgeable about computers recommended them to me. The first time I called them, they were able to remotely repair my computer at that time without me having to take it in. I have not had any problems since then. I also have monthly tuneups with them which keeps my computer in good working condition.Geeks On Site

They do an excellent job of keeping my computer in good operating order.. The readily help resolve any issues that I have. I subscribe to the monthly service and am pleased with the way they operate.
