  After receiving $11,000 from the insurance company we contacted Phoenix Claims Consulting. Ryan was prompt to respond and did a thorough survey of our property. With Ryan's help we were able to recover an additional $180k which covered all of the damages to our home. We highly recommend Ryan and his team if you feel that the insurance company did you wrong.

  Everyone has their own story. There’s a beginning and an end. I won’t share mine in detail, but I’d like to share my experience with Phoenix Claims Consulting and how I view them as a business. My initial contact was with Ryan Risteen. He was eager to look into my situation and meet with me. Ryan is very personable. He saw the need to help us as much as he could. Ryan is a good listener. He takes time to answer all your questions. Ryan has great follow-through. Regardless of the time of day, he always gets back to you promptly to address any concerns you may have. Ryan has a great team working for him. From the office personnel to field specialists, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the process takes time, I never felt we weren’t moving in the right direction. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to call Phoenix Claims Consulting.

  Phoenix Claims Consulting is fantastic! After suffering tens of thousands of dollars in damage due to hurricane Ian, I promptly filed a claim with my insurance carrier. Initially, the carrier was prompt, sending their adjuster out to survey the damage in provide detailed documentation. However, that's when the insurance carrier became non-responsive, difficult to get a hold of, and generally uncooperative. In fact, they eventually denied major portions of the claim that their own field adjuster documented! They even went as far as sending out a second adjuster, to contradict the opinions of their first adjuster! The carrier then began, when I came to know as a common tactic, to "delay, deny, and underpay" my claim.
  After over a year and thousands of dollars out of pocket, I knew I was in over my head. Based upon excellent recommendations and reviews, I consulted with Phoenix Claims. The immediately springing into action, reviewing my claim, sending their own adjusters, team of professional contractors, and took hundreds of photos. They compiled detailed reports of damage and professionally documented their findings. They worked tirelessly and aggressively with my insurance carrier to obtain the maximum settlement. Ultimately, we were able to settle with my carrier for an amount eight times what the carrier initially offered me!
  As valuable as the settlement, Phoenix Claims Consulting took the stress out of the process, dealt with the insurance company directly so I did not have to, and acted as an excellent representative in my best interest to complete my claim to my satisfaction. They stayed in constant communication with me and kept me apprised during the entire process. I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed to file a claim!

  We cannot speak highly enough about Phoenix Claims Consulting in general and Dane and Ryan Risteen in particular. They have each assisted us with claims on two different properties during the past 10 years. They are both very professional and extremely knowledge and negotiated good results for us with those claims.
  Just recently we had a question about how to proceed with damage from a small water leak in our home, where we weren’t even going to use their services, and knowing that, Dane still spent time guiding me.

  My experience with Phoenix Claims Consulting was outstanding. Both Ryan and Dane Risteen could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. I contacted Ryan with about a month to go before final claims were due to be filed with FIGA; this was after Hurricane Ian and my insurance company had left the state. Ryan came over the next day to evaluate our situation and two days later Dane came and did a complete review of our damage. After much work and effort, my claim was settled for more money than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Phoenix Claims Consulting for anyone with an insurance claim.
