    On May 16th Contacted the Sales team to buy my General contracting books. they stated my old Roofing books FBC where out of date due to the new building code updating, So I stated yes my test is after July 1st so I need the newest books. To take the test. As of today august 7th 2024 I have been studying the books. Well I went onto the **** website to verify a few items. in doing research I found out that I received a book that was expired and no longer allowed on the new General contracting exam. I contacted the sales team, and they stated they had no notice but **** changed the book as of July 1st. In my opinion Exam Pros should of been on top of the book change as of May 16th when I bought my books, and they should of called all there clients who bought books within 2 months of the book changing if they where actually blind sided. All and all I called to exchange the book since the book is $275 dollars and the Team stated sorry we did not know and you will have to buy a new book. One sales member did his best and asked his hirer *** to work with me and trade the book out but in the end they offered only half price back if I was to return the expired book. A company that is called EXAM Pros should make sure that the client has the right material to pass the test. Not just take more money from us for there mistake. I called the owner directly and also emailed him to explain the situation. *** never responded or even reach out. I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends down the road.

    Title: **Exam Pro: A Disappointing and Fraudulent Experience**I regretfully purchased a study package from Exam Pro, expecting it to help me prepare for my upcoming exam. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing and fraudulent.First and foremost, out of the 200 questions I purchased, only one appeared on the actual exam. This ***** discrepancy rendered the material I bought practically useless, leaving me unprepared and misled.When I reached out to customer service for a refund, my experience worsened. I was met with rudeness and indifference. *******, a representative from Exam Pro, hung up on me during our conversation. Additionally, I was completely ignored by two other representatives and continuously passed around without any resolution or assistance.I strongly advise against purchasing any materials from Exam Pro. Their product is not only ineffective but their customer service is abysmal. Save your money and look for more reliable and reputable resources.

    Exam Pros! No communication from anyone other than to take my order to send the books, no direction, no guidance, not even where you should start just sent me the books and I never heard from anyone ***** down the drain , this is not a course, this is you buy the books and figure it out, WHAT A JOKE????
