Horrible service! They text your phone at 11pm at night threatening to go to police. It’s all a legal matter. This is just a whole group of trailer park trash getting a bunch of lemons and selling the same car 10x! They goal is to repo it for another sale! Which is also illegal in the state of Florida after repossession a car goes to an auction. It does not go back to the lot to be resold.

Thieves. These people make a living prowling poorly-marked parking lots, towing cars, and charging outrageous fees for retrieval. Can hardly believe this "business" is legal. Likely got into towing cars after the home invasion/burglary thing fell off. Or, more likely, this is easier and pays better. Parasitic leeches on society.

MINUS 5 stars. I was in Cape Canaveral with my sister. It was February 18th. We parked at Winn Dixie where we had every intention of shopping. I used to live there years ago, so I wanted to look at the beach and the hotel where I lived. We were in street clothes with our purses. We obviously were not going to the beach for any length of time. When we got back my sister's van was gone. We called the police who told us where we could find it. Thirteen miles away in Cocoa. It was a junkyard, not a strip mall. The van was behind an old trailer house. The charge was $393.00. Cash only and they don't provide change, which we were not told on the phone. So it came to $400.00. And another $50.00 for cab fare to get there. That is $450 dollars that would have otherwise gone into the community. This company is detrimental to the Cocoa Beach/ CapeCanaveral community. The employees at Winn Dixie told us they see them circling the parking lot like vultures looking for victims. Also, we were afraid to park anywhere after that so even less money went into the community. I'm sure they remember us. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT!!! I see the Better Business Bureau gives you a big fat F rating!

If there was a negative then this would be one of those companies that deserve it. The man on the phone was the rudest person ever. No one cares if you worked 18 hours, that’s for you and your employer to work out. Going through AAA and they have their own issues but then you get a call from this guy??? On a power trip. Rude and Condescending. Not to mention, a female in the truck as well. Had to spend the last hour going through my car to make sure nothing was stolen. So in short, stay away and if AAA allows them to pick up cars then you might as well bite the bullet and just pay out of pocket for a recommended towing company. If you can’t treat others with respect then find a different career.

A bunch of greedy red necks that didn't have the heart or motivation to get a decent job. One that isn't detrimental to others. Instead they run this operation and because they do it just inside of the law, they think they're doing good. What happened to the days where they towed cars that were actually in someone's way? Zero regard for the harm they cause others by charging the maximum the law allows, approximately $325. The parking lot I parked it was full of cars, all blocking the no parking signs. Came back after a firework show to no car. Stood in the empty parking lot with 2 toddlers from 10-11 pm, had to change my children's diapers on the concrete, then ride in a uber (which were scarce) with them unsecured since I had no car seats, and know nobody in this town. I'm a single mom working full time, going to school full time, doing everything in my power to keep my head above water. I tried to do something nice for my children by taking them to a free firework show. I messed up. I parked somewhere I shouldn't have, without realizing it. I understand that. But these guys and the way they capitalize on it is so ethically and morally wrong, but that means nothing to them. To pay $150-200 would have still sucked, but $325? I will be trying to catch up from this for the next 3-4 months. My child will not have a birthday party because the $230 I saved up for a cake, presents, and decorations is gone. Another family was stranded in the parking lot trying to figure out how to get to an amscot because they didn't have the cash. Cash only, they said, then when I got to their location I'm told "we don't have change". Really? Y'all want to operate a cash only business but cant provide change for people? So youre getting extra money that way too? The worst part is, these guys don't care. They're just out here keeping America "great". Whatever they need to do to get that boat out on the water this weekend. This company is everything that's wrong with the world, legal or not
