    Signed up for services first 2 visits were ok showed up as promised. Since then they no showed no called had to call to find out why no reason given. Reschedule for another day at specific time frame and showed up late. Scheduled another service with area manager for specific time frame do to other obligations and this was agreed to. Day of service office calls could they come later than agreed because he wanted to service others before me . Told office no we cant change time had to be during time agreed to. Area manager calls and states he is 15 - 20 minutes away 10 minutes before end of time frame and we had to leave. He knew time frame agreed to his office told him we could not change time and he chose to service other accounts over our agreed upon appointment. Asked him to explain why he did what he did and why I shouldnt cancel entire service. He had nothing but excuses stated he didnt have another person in area to handle me during agreed upon time . Canceled entire service guess he has more accounts than he can handle with proper customer service

Would it possibly be under another name or email address? I would like to dive deeper to get to the bottom of this and ensure this does not happen again. We are a small, locally-owned company we live in the same communities as our customers and we vow to abide by a customer-first mentality. The above scenario does not describe the type of company we strive to be.

    Signed up for their services this past summer. Signed up for rodent, pest and termite services as preventative measures. I have been emailing and calling the last week and no one has called back or responded. We are still having issues with pests, they never got all the wasp nests down and never came back to get them. They were supposed to come back several times to check the traps and start doing inspection to fill any holes but never did and I can't get a hold of anyone in the office to even speak to or cancel my account even because no one is calling back.

    This company uses a robo-dialer to call you, even on the national Do Not Call list. I tried to return the call and find out where they obtained my information from and I was hung up on. It is ok to waste your time if they are calling you it seems.Shady business practices at best I will post reviews where ever possible. 8-14-24
