    After doing online research, I contacted three local moving companies to get an estimate for moving us from our condo, to a single family house 20 miles north. Sullivan's rep (who I was told is the owner) showed up for the meeting at our place, as scheduled, to get an eyeball on the household to be moved. He spent about 20 minutes looking over our apartment furnishings and talking with me. Didn't bring a notebook, which I thought was odd. Said he would get back with us with an estimate that evening. Haven't heard from them since. That was a week ago. The idea of getting three estimates is a good one, if you can find three reliable companies. Sullivan Moving systems are not reliable communicators. Am not concerned about the time spent with the owner - It's the time wasted while waiting on an estimate. I still don't have three estimates because we've been waiting on this company. If our moving situation was not their type of project, the least they could do is tell us so we can move on. Lousy communication means they're someone we don't trust moving our household 20 miles.
