    Contacted 321 Gutter Pro's for gutter guards. Sales person Justine said current gutters were too old for gutter guards to fit properly so I ordered new gutters so the gutter guards would fit. After a month of delays for various reasons like they do not carry the color I picked out they said they had and their truck broke down or had a flat but, regardless it took several delays before they showed up a month later. The install team informed me that they did not have the gutter guards because it was not on the order. I called the sales rep and he apologized and updated the invoice for an additional $432 now the total install $972.00. Then started getting phone calls from their office stating they could not get the gutter guards requested and it certainly would not be that day. More delays I got upset with the person and they hung up on me. The install team did damage to the runner boards and haphazardly installed a down spout. I Cannot reach the sales person and all i get from 321 Gutter Pro's is text messages requesting payment for the gutters not properly installed. and NO GUTTER GUARDS

    Mike, I'm glad we were able to work together to come to a solution. Leaf Guards installation was completed on Friday, November 18th. Issue was resolved and 2nd floor downspout was also repaired for customer at no additional cost. Gutter & Leaf Guard job was completed as specified in written agreement.     321 Gutter pro's did show up on the 18th of November and installed the gutter guards. They did install the downspout knocked down by the recent hurricane at no additional charge.The install team that showed up were very courteous and explained they would absolutely make right the damaged under wood on the front that was damaged by them. As usual with 321 Gutter Pro's what is said by their staff on site does not agree with their office.

    Again anyone that chooses to do business with this company just BE AWARE. My project started in early the first week of October 2022 and was finally installed mid November,at a cost of $972.00, keeping in mind because of their initial damage to the under wood on the removal of the old gutters I will incur additional expense to remove the gutters and gutter guards to replace and repaint the damaged wood caused by this company.
    Check everything and ensure you have everything in writing. Nothing verbally from 321 gutter Pro's could be trusted on my project
