    I just started working with them in September 2022. They do answer your emails the same day. I am still trying to understand some of the workings, but so far I am happy with them.

    I was mislead out of the gate by Alex M. While he says that there are recorded calls, he also fails to mention the number of times he called me from a personal number. When I became uncomfortable with how everything played out and wanted to cancel; Alex proceeded to harass me over text, tried to frighten me with vague threats of being sued and finally started cursing at me. On the other hand, Sandra W. was wonderful. She was always able to answer questions (the issue is that the answers ended up being different from what I was originally told), which isn't her fault. I don't know if Alex is an outlier for their company or the norm, but I hope most of it is like Sandra. She gets 5 stars, the company as a whole gets 3 and Alex gets 0.
