    Warning About MEAN TO CLEAN Home Cleaning Service In **************** First, I will say the ladies that were here did a good job cleaning. They just were not very careful and we did have a few issues. First out of the 4 ladies here, only one spoke a little English and my wife and I were not sure she completely understood some of the direction/questions we were asking and giving. We dont speak Spanish, so communication was very difficult.During the course of cleaning. We had our garbage deposal broken and the shower faucet broken in our master bathroom which we did not find until the next day. I hired someone to come in and fix both those items. The garbage deposal was fixed without having to be replaced and the shower faucet and inter guts had to be replaced. Reached out to Mean To Clean and spoke with the owner prior to replacing and repairing these items.The owner tried to tell me that in the agreement to clean with nothing being signed. They were not responsible for any damage their crews did. The owner was very stand offish and to the point of being rude. I paid out of my own pocket for their damage. Now I have to take time to go after this cleaning company to recover the cost for the damages. Just an inside tip. Go after their insurance bond. The bond company will pay out your claim and they ***************************** to recover the payout.I would avoid this cleaning company. I feel almost sorry for their workers because of the attitudes and customer service offered by the husband and wife owners.
