    I would never use this service again.
    Frigidaire warranty repair filed through Frigidaire. GVC Appliance assigned to the job. They came out and diagnosed fridge. They ordered a "control board". Some time later, GVC Appliance tech returned and said they ordered the wrong part. Had to order the correct part.
    Weeks go by and no repair. Called GVC Appliance and they said they have not received the part yet. I called Frigidaire and explained the situation. The refrigerator has been broken for almost two months now and through the holidays. Absolutely ridiculous.
    Frigidaire scheduled a certified Frigidaire technician. Tech arrived the next day, checked fridge and determined it was not the control board at all. It was a part of the dispenser. Tech had the part on his truck then replaced and tested it. Unit works fine now.
    So after 7 weeks through the holidays, 2 wrong parts, no calls or updates then not showing up at all, it was finally repaired by someone else.
    I would never use GVC Appliance for anything whatsoever.
