My husband and I could not be more pleased with our impact windows! *** directed us to a look we loved and was well-versed in the permitting process, ***** kept us informed from contracting to installation, and *****, Titan, and team were efficient and tidy on installation day. A1 Windows and Doors has installed hurricane impact windows and sliding glass doors in three condos for me since 2018. Custom window replacement is not a quick, simple process, and involves a number of steps, from sale to measure to manufacture, permitting, removal, installation and inspection. A1 has always been efficient in handling every phase of the project. The sales process was always pleasant, never high pressure, and very informative. When one ********* requested to view the product prior to approval, *** was happy to bring samples to an evening meeting. I always appreciated the unsolicited status updates that were provided by customer service during the manufacture and permitting process. The installation crews are friendly and professional and take great care to protect flooring and furniture. I especially appreciate the attention to detail to the finish work that included caulking, drywall and stucco repair, and cleanup. The windows and doors are beautiful in terms of appearance, operation, noise reduction and thermal efficiency. **************** is responsive and provides timely resolution to any open items following installation. I think the fact that I've used A1 for complete window and sliding glass door replacement in three different units over several years speaks for itself.A-1 Windows & Doors

My experience with A1 Windows & Doors could not have been better! It started with Jim Dell, A1's Sales Representative, who came to my home (so convenient), and showed me a wide variety of what was available. He had a great personality, and I did not feel rushed at all; he listened carefully to what I wanted and was very helpful in my final selection, at a very reasonable price.
Robin, the Office Coordinator, was beyond helpful in scheduling everything and keeping me updated, including the final permitting process. Her calm demeanor and extremely pleasant personality were instrumental in keeping my nerves in check -- not easy as I had been upset since Hurricane Milton caused all my damage! She made me feel like A1's only customer -- service doesn't get any better than that!
The installation crew was led by Mario; he was just great, as were his crew. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, polite and respectful; and they worked so hard all day, never stopping for lunch. They encountered an unforeseen problem. The brackets of the 3 panels of door blinds were affixed to the metal door frames of the sliding glass doors, instead of the walls, and could not be saved (the blinds were not in good shape anyway). To prevent exposure at night, until I can get new blinds, they taped cardboard over the door panels and cut holes in it in order to see out! They went above and beyond to ensure my privacy.
After they were finished, the doors and windows looked magnificent! They also cleaned up meticulously afterwards, vacuuming and removing all the old materials and the old blinds. I still can't believe they did all that in one day (4 windows and 3 glass door panels)! The city inspector was very pleased and signed the permit immediately a few days later.
I could not possibly recommend A1 Windows & Doors more highly, from start to finish!

After meeting with a number of window and door companies, I decided to go with A1 last year. Its a decision I do not regret. I made it through Hurricanes ****** and ****** with all my windows intact. Installation was done efficiently incorrectly. A1 definitely pays attention to the details. Ive already recommended them to several friends.A-1 Windows & Doors
