I had my vinyl siding replaced, when they started to place it ,I noticed that the vinyl was different of what they showed me .and lifetime's warranty. I call ***** the rep I spoke with, and He insisted thats the only siding they have .He lied to get customers, I know what I saw and I touched it was hard material and I got the cheap vinyl for double the price. Why the State accepts that , this people get to customer lying to them to make business, someone needs to stop this.

We fulfilled our contract, upheld our warranty work and we also gave her plenty of options as to what siding she wanted. Chris talked about the different thicknesses in vinyl and also offered her the James Hardi product. She chose what she wanted.Review fromAnabella S

The whole team from ************************* (GM), ********************* (Project Manager),***, ****** and their roofing crew performed top notch workmanship and had great attitudes and smiles. They all treated our property and my wife with dignity and ****** Our home built circa 1945 has received a much needed face-lift. Ridge Top Exteriors installed hardi plank siding on two ***** ends. The entire experience was very professional and pleasant. The sales person, ************************, was very knowledgeable, honest and courteous; just a nice person and not a hardnosed salesperson! We felt she looked at it from our perspective and did her best to provide a very competitive quote. It is much appreciated! The entire crew was hardworking, polite, and extremely good at their work. The end result looks better than I had expected or hoped for. I highly recommend RTE to anyone looking to do home improvements. The office and the siding expediter, ***************************, kept us informed at all times. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience!! I recently engaged Ridetop Exteriors for a service, anticipating professional and transparent dealings. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant discrepancies in pricing and concerning interactions with their representative, Alex. Initially, I was quoted a comprehensive price of around $7800. This figure was later contradicted by a substantially higher final bill. Despite having written confirmation of the original quote, the company did not honor this agreed-upon amount. When I confronted Alex about this inconsistency, his response was dismissive. He stated that regardless of the situation, there would be a lien on my property, showing a lack of consideration for my concerns. This interaction, coupled with the initial misrepresentation of costs, reflects poorly on the professional standards of Ridetop Exteriors. It’s disappointing and unsettling when a business fails to uphold basic principles of transparency and customer respect. The Manager Brian C****** did nothing to resolve this matter.Review fromRobert T

Worst experience as a homeowner.Had multiple subcontractors doing their portion of the job. Every subcontractor had to come back 1 or 2 times to correct a faulty install.Their workers have no integrity!When I watch what they're working on its ok. As soon as I leave.. back to sub par workmanship.I had to have GAF come out to inspect my NEW roof to be sure it will meet warranty qualifications.As expected it did not. I would highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. They are everything they advertise and more. I needed a new roof after hurricane ***. I am a widow and have had take over so many things that my husband did. From first being able to get an estimate the next day! Unheard of . I had the absolute pleasure of meeting ***********************. I felt comfortable after a few (poor guy) hours of questions. I knew this was the company I wanted to do *******. Everything ***** told me was true and ,done exactly as he said. There were a few times I had to speak to *****. There are no answering machines in his vocabulary. Sunday calls were like any other day. We only had one "glitch" a solar tunnel got damaged and again ***** totally took charge and got it fixed. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful new roof I have! Thank you a thousand times
