- We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. For heavy equipment and/or crated items, we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returns or exchanges must be in accordance with the policies and procedures listed below.
*A regularly stocked item can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging. If an item is taken out of its original packaging it is considered used. A 20% restocking fee will apply to items being returned to Kitchen Restocks' warehouse. An item that has shipped direct from the manufacturer will be subject to their restocking fee and return guidelines. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
