DO NOT PARK HERE. THIS PLACE IS RAN BY A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE BANNED. I have parked here hundreds of times when visiting **********, but will never park here again. Everytime I had parked here before, it was always reasonably priced compared to everywhere else. I decided to go today ( a random sunday in march) and this place charged me $50 for 3 hours!!! To make matters worse, the parking garage does not post their pricing anywhere prior to entering the garage. I assumed that it was going to be reasonably priced for the day, but no this place scammed me out of $50 for 3 hours. I could understand that kind of pricing on like a holiday weekend, but a random Sunday in march is just outrageous. The fact that they are charging this much AND hiding it from customers until it is too late is downright horrible.

Super expensive! If you like to pay $100's of dollars to park in an unsecure parking garage in order to be close to places in which you'd have no money to spend in anyway, go here. You are better off finding street parking somewhere. There is no signs or indications of the hourly or daily rate anywhere.. I know why, because if so, no one would park there. They'd see the rate and back on out to park at a Park Mobile space that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I understand the rate hike, because there is no regulation on cost of parking. Now I want to buy a parking garage on the beach and charge a mint to get in.. I'd probably get it too by deceiving customers and trapping them in, since it's really the only place to park in the area. Parking garage owners are some of the crookedest crooks around.. BEWARE!!
