  I appreciated that every step of the process a real person was available by phone and I was always notified who that next person would be. I was always reassured of a time window for pickup and delivery across 2000+ miles. ******** I was not able to be at the point of delivery, my representative checked everything thing out and sent pictures. She enjoyed the pleasantness of and communication with the delivery persons. Everything checked out as promised.My pickup driver was very pleasant, meticulous, and carefully explained the process. I had complete confidence in his professionalism. 2 calls were always made by the drivers: one the day before giving a timeframe, and one the day of a half and hour to an hour before, just as each next representative called and informed me would happen.

  I would seriously avoid this company at all costs. Super scheme-y techniques. I sent their broker *****************************, *********************, J, went by several names as I started intercepting. I sent an airtight email to ****** with exact inventory, dimensions, if supplies would be needed or noteven weight! He sent me back a quote, I made the mistake of trusting he actually read my quote (he was a good sales guy) and signed without reading his inventory but glanced (figured he could read), and once QA (the moving company) called, read the inventory that was under quoted over 200 cubic ft of actual cubic feet that I would have paid for once movers arrived, also find out ****** left off four items and materials, incorrect dimensions, and the ******************* at QA tried to strong arm me (aggressively) over the phone into paying more for what ****** neglected to put down in inventory, even lectured me on how unimportant what I sent ****** was initially, but what I signed! I hung up. I called ****** several times, emailed him, finally got a hold of him; shmooozed me again, said hed fix it, and Quality Assuranve, the boss would call me back, never did. The whole experience was super shady, I called ****** back to see when Id get the call, and never answered until I called from a blocked number. He introduced himself as J for first time ever, but I knew by his voice. I canceled and he tried to get me to pay 10% of deposit which I refused to consent. Seconds later, **** from QA calls me, tells me he isnt charging any fee. ****** created another alias after I relayed ***** message to him as customer service and emailed me, no name, called me a liar when I said **** said I didnt owe a fee, but not to worry theyll gladly waive as a courtesy. I dodged a bullet. This company is the textbook scammy company you want to avoid. I also found out they ship in freights with other stuff, use sub contractors, and very high risk of damage.

  Well, the movers were fast and not very careful of how to move the boxes and chests. I had about total of 20 to 25 broken dishes and glasses. Also, after they left I noticed so many scratches on my laminated floor and a gash on the laminated floor. I believe they hide it and I noticed the next day when I was cleaning the floor.

  Not recommended for the following reasons;
  There is a serious lack of communication and a lack of commitment to dates for pick up and delivery which nearly impacted our house sale.
  The sales person (we worked with Justin), promised things that the company didn't deliver;
  EG; here are our questions prior to the move and his answers;
  *Will the contents be split up between carriers? No, only one of our carriers will be used for your move. - Our contents were picked up by one carrier, taken to Seattle, then Tacoma and then Colorado.
  *What is the estimated delivery time with a start date of the beginning of April? This route typically takes about 2 weeks. The official delivery window we have to give, per DOT regulations for a shared-load is up to 21 business days. - Our contents were picked up on 25th April and with us having to constantly "nag", they were finally delivered on 27th May (32 days).
  *What other costs potentially could be incurred over and above the estimate? We make a point to ensure that all costs are known before reserving your move. The only things that could raise the price at this point would be if we added items or services. - Our initial estimate was around $8,000. We added items but when we were finally charged (once our contents were in the van) the price went up to $12,000
  They do not hire professional people to unpack your van; the driver advertises on Craigslist for people to help unload. From what we can understand Verified works with local removers/over the road drivers who are not employed by the company and therefore no skin in the game as far as looking after your contents - we have damages.
  You don't know the names of the carriers in advance and we still don't know who the last driver who delivered to Colorado worked for but he would only accept a bankers draft or cash. Verified had said we could pay for all of this by card.
  Our advice? Get your CDL and do it yourself or use another method. This was a poor experience for us.

  We had a great experience with them. There was an under-estimate, but I expected it based on the way they determine their numbers. The adjusted quote was handled on the spot during a speakerphone call where they, the movers, and I were all present, and we had all our belongings in two days. We had white glove service for the move and enjoyed the experience.

  The process from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial consult, to the day before the move, to day of, and delivery the process was clear and they were receptive. Was hesitant at first given they were a broker, but the movers they outsourced too were phenomenal. Quote did change at pick up, but that was with adding additional items so no complains here. Would definitely recommend their service.
