"I've been at the Valencia since January 2024 my air conditioner started to not work about 3/4 months ago I've contacted ******* which he kept saying I'll send maintenance but no maintenance would come to my room to check I've put in 4 to 5 work orders in the past 4 months I have paid this dude on time every single week on time on the day it's due and nothing gets done paying $2200 a month just to sweat I took it upon myself to go to Walmart and buy 2 fans and my MIL had to give me 2 more 4 fans of my own total just to cool the place down on top of my fridge not working my lock broke just a month ago told him in person plus work order plus text msg to ******* and get nothing done I'm sick of complaining about the same thing not to mention that my fiance already asked to be switched rooms I get told by the maintenance to let me call the manager aka ******* or it's It'll be fix tomorrow morning and nobody comes to fix it not only that but I scrub my room down on my hands and knees every room n this hotel is filled with cockroaches i think you need a better manager for the valencia when I have to personally buy my own cleaning supplies and bug spray thats pretty sad"
