    I paid Dillon M of Martin Millwork for a mudroom. The materials are the wrong color, there are numerous nail holes, and wood joints that need to be filled. I have contact Dillon M multiple times with no resolve of these issues. Once the mudroom was installed, I emailed him the same day to let him know of the issues I was concerned about. This was on 11/30/2023. He did not respond. I wrote an email on 12/23/2023 stating that since I have not heard from him, I would be escalating the issue. He responded the same day saying he would fix the issues, and I responded with dates we would be available for him to schedule the issues to be fixed. It is now 1/9/2024 and he has not contacted me to schedule the repairs.
