I bought a mattress and an adjustable base to these people. They told me that I wouldn’t have any problem if I change my mind and I want to exchange it for an entire year. So I called them several times the last week and I went to a store they have in Carrollwood, FL and the person who attended me really amicably the first time was completely different now. I told him that I would like to change the mattress and the adjustable base but he told me that they don’t work like that and if I bought the set they will not replace anything because that is their policy. I called the general manager and after a week of calling he called me back to tell me that is not their problem anymore but nine and they will not loose money because of me and there is not any return. Please anyone who goes there be careful because they show you a face they don’t have and you won’t ever be able to change any merchandise so be careful

Because we only sell brand new products, we do not accept returns. We do, however, have a 365-Day Comfort & Size Change Policy that may help resolve this situation. We provide all customers with a physical copy of this policy when they purchase. We are including a link to all details of the 365- Day Comfort & Size Change Policy here: ***************************************************************************************; To summarize, Within one year after receiving your new mattress, box spring,set, or adjustable base, this policy allows you to make a one-time reselection of a new model from our current stock for a fee of 25% of whichever piece is less expensive.
