The consumer complaint alleged that in June 2019, phone calls from a representative with Elite Property Listings named Diane were received. Consumer had paid upfront fees totaling $15,851, and they were set to close on March 24, 2020. Consumer was informed the buyers would reimburse the sellers for the upfront costs, the title company handling the transaction was Johnson Wilbrook. Per the consumer, to date they have not heard from the company.

BBB is not able to verify the company is physically located at the advertised address, as BBB received mail returned as undeliverable from 13575 58th St N STE 281, Clearwater, FL. No other address was located for this company.

However, according to pending complaint activity it appears Elite Property Listings is attempting to handle the transactions between sellers and buyers, which would require a real estate license.
