    POOR QUALITY, LACK PROFESSIOANLISM and FOLLOW UP! I had met with this company to finish the floor for my new location I planned to move into. During our pre-construction meeting with contractor Baylin, (myself, GC and brother in law), they would need a day to prep, filling holes and smoothing out the ground. The next day would be the finish work of painting etc... Non of this happened! As i expressed to Baylin several times..... I was not looking for him to level the floor to perfection, but per our conversation, holes would be filled in. Baylin even sent a text message stating, "floor will look amazing and perfect"! What a DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!!! his prep time was a few hours, no holes (divots) were even remotely filled with any sort of compound, leaving my new floors looking ridiculously hideous and unprofessional. I would never had expected this from a company who has been in business 15+ years calling themselves a professional. The worst part is I paid them CASH, so I have no recourse on stopping payment. I highly recommend using a different company and STEER CLEAR of Ritz flooring. Quick below par work. I now have to figure out a way to haev a 3rd party come correct this work professionally as Ritz have not been communicating and willing to remedy this situation since they received the CASH
