Honestly I didn’t think I’d ever run an online store. Always seemed like too much work or too complicated. But this setup with Why Unified made it way easier than I thought. I’m actually building something that’s mine, which feels good. I don’t have to deal with shipping or websites or any of that. I just check in, fund products, and watch the sales come in. It’s not crazy money yet, but it’s working. Just glad I finally started.

One thing Ive noticed since switching to Why Unified is how much easier it is to actually get products listed and selling. With the last agency I used, half the battle was just getting approved to sell anything. They kept saying they were working on brand approvals, but weeks would go by and nothing happened. My ****** account just sat there. With Why Unified, products showed up fast. I didnt have to chase anyone down or wait forever to be "ungated" for stuff. I got access to name brands pretty early on and my listings started getting orders within a couple weeks. Honestly, its been a relief not having to worry about that part anymore.

I looked at a bunch of other companies before this and most of them wanted $50K to $100K just to get started, especially if you wanted to sell name-brand products with inventory. I dont have that kind of money sitting around. With Why Unified, you can start with way less and still work with known brands, which I didnt see anywhere else. I liked that I could control how much I put into product credits and scale up when I was ready instead of dumping a ton of cash up front. Its not free obviously, and you still need to invest if you want results, but at least its not only built for people with massive budgets. That made it more realistic for me.

Why Unified is has been an excellent partner to work with to build out my online business. I can highly recommend them. What you put in is what you get. I learned this. If you dont brush your teeth, and chew gum, your breath will smell. The same way with this, if you dont get the right plan and grow along the way, you wont get sales.

the shipping times are solid. Orders are getting out quick, and I think thats why a lot of people are actually coming back to buy again. I noticed after a few months that some of the same products were getting re-ordered by the same customers. Thats when I knew this wasnt just a one-time thing and looks to me like a business that has room to grow. Thanks.

Started with Amazon, didn’t wanna do a bunch of channels right away. Got two stores though, a general store and a personal care store. First couple weeks not much happened, just getting everything set up. After like a month and a half, the orders started picking up a little. The personal care store took off faster honestly, probably cause people buy that stuff all the time. The general store is more random but still good. Will be able to determine in a few more months the true profitability with the store

Your company has really stepped up in the last six months with my store and what went from a 1 star review has gone to a 5 star review. I think it would be very productive if you reached out to customers sooner in the way that you did with me, perhaps, from the first day of sign up.

Compared to my old setup with another company, where storage and shipping fees killed my profits, Why Unified is a breath of fresh air. Ive made about $30,000 in profit so far which in the big picture is not huge, but steady, and I can see it growing. They dont tack on a bunch of extra charges, which makes me think theyre focused on the long term, not just quick cash. The platforms easy enough to use, and I got my store running without much trouble. Supports been solid the few times I needed them.

Jumping into this was honestly a bit of a gamble. I’d seen mixed reviews, some people crushing it, others saying it was a waste of time. I decided to go for it last January and started with a Personal Care store. That was a mistake. Shipping issues with toothpaste and other stuff kept piling up. I switched to a General Store not long after, and that made a big difference. No more returns from damaged products, so lesson learned there. The whole setup isn’t super guided, which threw me off at first. They don’t really spell things out or try to upsell you into extra help either, which I found kind of odd given how much there is to learn. You’ve kind of got to figure stuff out as you go. One big win, though, was the buy box thing they launched. I grabbed it as soon as it dropped, $5K at the time—and that was easily the most worthwhile part of this. You get your own listings without other sellers jumping on, and that change alone made things a lot more profitable, fast. Made that money back and then some pretty quickly. It's not a hand-holding kind of service, but if you’re willing to put in some effort and troubleshoot your way through, there’s definitely money to be made here. Just don’t expect magic on day one.
