WhyUnified has broken my trust at every stage of the refund process. It has now been three months since my term ended, and I still have no refund and no real answers.The virtual assistants who answer the phone have no access to real informationthey can only "put in a ticket" to "escalate" the issue to the billing or management team. When I do receive email responses, theyre vague and repetitive, like:"Your refund is currently undergoing additional review and approval, and we expect to share another update in the next 2-4 business days."That was three weeks ago from the billing team. It has now been over 90 calendar daysand more than double the 30-business-day deadline originally set by the billing department for the expected refund deposit.Out of desperation, Ive tried looping in the management, billing, legal, growth consultant, and audit teams hoping that someone would take accountability and get this resolved. Still, nothing.The people that say they've been able to speak with an executive, dedicated manager, or assistant, that has not been my experience at all. I can't get ahold of our a response from anybody, at any level of the organization.I had high hopes for this partnership. I invested over $35,000 and followed every single one of their recommendations and instructions. Im heartbroken that we didnt hit our targets, personally struggling without these funds, and beyond disappointed that, now, when I need help the most, it feels like no one is willing or able to assist me. I couldnt be happier with my experience partnering with WhyUnified for my ****** and ******* accounts! Ill admit, I was initially nervous when the first few months passed without any sales, but patience proved to be key. Around the eight-month ***** sales started coming in, and from there, they steadily grew to significant levelsproving that WhyUnifieds process truly ********* of the biggest lessons Ive learned is that success isnt about having the most listingsits about having the right ones. While not every product performs at the same level, Ive seen firsthand how just a couple of well-selected products can generate tens of thousands in sales. A Mixed Experience with Potential for Improvement My experience with WhyUnified has been a bit rocky. I joined in October 2024, opting for the Amazon Prime channel, and invested an additional $5,000 on top of the single-channel cost for inventory. Initially, things seemed to be moving along smoothly, but after two months, I realized that no inventory had been sent to my store.I reached out multiple times via phone, chat, and email, but kept receiving the same standard responsesdelays due to internal QC reviews, extended processing times, etc. It was frustrating, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I had fallen through the cracks, possibly because I only had one sales channel while others had more. Given the current pace, there is no realistic way for them to meet the revenue guarantee they promised me.That said, I recently had a constructive discussion with a team member, and we developed an action plan with a potential growth strategy to get things back on track. This conversation renewed some of my optimism because I do believe in the model and its potential as a game-changer for those looking for passive income.Before this discussion, I would have likely rated them 2 or 3 stars due to my frustrations. However, their willingness to address my concerns and find a solution has shown me that they do care about their customers. I am content with my store's growth and I look forward to meeting the sales goals that we agreed too at the end of this year. Based on my research, I should be able to achieve it but there has been some inconsistencies in the last two months with sales patterns v/s what was told to me. I've been looking at many of your competitors and was rushed to sign up and that is what I appreciate about your company so far. Wonderful experience from the beginning, which was a couple of years ago. They always gave me realistic expectations, and then surpassed them all. No doubt, I'm now financially in a much better situation than I would be without them. They have great customer service, and they're proactive in keeping me posted about any updates. The young lady that I usually communicate with always returns my calls promptly, and is very pleasant and professional on the phone. I'm writing this review to give a big thank you to the leadership team at Why Unified. I know that I am just one customer out of probably thousands but I ran into an issue where my *** account was deactivated without any reason or cause claiming that products were "counterfeit" when infact I now myself that they were not because I saw the documentation from Why Unified myself. Even when I submitted everything, I kept getting denied and denied. I messaged the CEO's assistant about the issue and she escalated the matter. Just a few days later, my account was reinstated with no email or anything, almost as if nothing ever happened in the first place. I spent over $54,000 with Why Unified to get everything that they offer and I was honestly really worried when this happened. I read a lot of horror stories online about what happens in these cases and I was worried that I was going to be one of them, but, this was not the case at any capacity. Why Unified really does value their customers and resolves matters, atleast in my case. Good things go unheard. I actually experienced this issue about two months ago and I recently was invited to share my experience and this was the first thing that came to mind. I will be creating a video testimonial for them and sharing it here later tonight. After seeing some ads on Instagram, partaking in a webinar and having several conversations with one of the representatives at Why Unified I decided to make the leap and invest in their program. While the onboarding process was initially smooth, I did run into some hiccups with my previous dedicated manager. After a conversation with their leadership team, they quickly resolved the issue and positioned me with someone that is a better fit. My store is currently a little over 4 months old and has generated around $16k in gross revenue, and while its far from where I would like it to be, I am confident that we will get there as we are still in the early stages of development. I have been impressed by their willingness to listen, adapt, address my concerns and needs, and would - as of now - recommend their services to anyone that is considering working with Why Unified. I'm particularly excited about some of the new additions that they are working on to further enhance their customer experience, and make their product (and our sales results) even better.Review fromWes Z

Why Unified has generated my store with them over $80,000 during our 1 year term which I am only half way through. I am willing to provide proof to anyone that wants to see this because it seems that everyone that I talk too online doesn't want to believe it. It's important to remember that I invested upwards of $30,000 into the plan with Why Unified. In my opinion, the company is more than legitimate, and if you ask me, they are under appreciated. I started my store with WhyUnified in early December of 2024. I spent quite some time comparing all of my options and I went with these guys because the upfront cost was the lowest out of every other company out there. The first month is setup. It took longer than I expected it too. I already had a amazon seller account because I tried starting a amazon store on my own but I still had to go through their setup as if I was brand new, which I thought was a waste of time. I could have skipped all of the onboarding and save a week. I guess its because my account was deactivated because i did not use it for a long time. The second month I started getting some sales. It was nothing crazy, but the needle was moving. It gradually grow and into month three is where the volume started picking up. I broke even just now in the last week which is a good sign. The customer service of the company is good, but sometimes they treat me like I am slow and not technically able. I intend on expanding to ******* now that I have seen a good return. Slow and steady wins the race. I can comfortably say that Why Unified is a good company. Even though the first month was a waste, they were pretty spot on with their profit timeline.
