    This company recently bought the air conditioning company I normally work with. Yesterday they contacted me to set up an inspection appointment of my a/c unit for this morning. Once the inspection was completed the technician handed his phone to me to speak with his manager. I was told that I needed to spend $13,000 for a new unit, ( my unit is not yet 10 years old) but wait, for today only we can reduce that to $11,000 for you. My husband and I are retired and live on a limited income. We do live in a nice neighborhood in a nice house as well. How dare you condone the practice of preying on people with limited income by using fear tactics. I may be over 65 years old but I am not stupid! I know a con when I see it!

    I bought the Graham Comfort Club Service Plan in Clearwater, FL being sold on their including refrigerant recharge and a discount on a new HVAC. This was a Scam. When it was time for my 6 month service I was told my refrigerant was not available. When I asked for a quote for a new unit it it was almost 50 percent more than two competitors. Even after my Comfort Discount the bid was still almost 20 percent more. Graham’s Maintenance Plan and Discount are a scam. When I called to cancel the last 6 months of my Maintenance Contract I was told I cannot cancel. Don’t use them!

    I had a new coil replaced in my air handler in June of this year for over $1700.00; weeks later there was an oily substance leaking from the copper piping on the unit I placed a cup to catch the oil and within a few days there was about one-third of a cup of oil in the cup. I called and spoke with ** and told him the situation and he scheduled a technician to come and check it out. The next day the technician called to check the refrigerant at the compressor outside, I told him that it was not outside it was the air handler inside. The technician was given something different and was not trained to work on the newly replaced coil unit. I received a call later that day from a female from Graham to rescheduled with the proper tech a few days out. The day of the new scheduled time, no one had called or had shown up. I called Graham and again ** answered and said that he did not have me rescheduled or any info that I had a new appointment. He remembered my initial call but placed me on hold to check with *****. I was on hold for 10 minutes; while on hold he called me back and left a message on my answer machine that I was not due any scheduled maintenance, that his records show that I was not due until later in the year. This had nothing to do with the current problem I called for. ** did come back after having me on hold to say the sometime today a tech will call, he could not tell me when or what time they would call. Technicians did contact me, but they too were confused and did not know what the initial problem was. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable to detect the leak and repair the unit within minutes. I thought I with me being proactive to call in to avoid my new coil from running out of refrigerant or damaging the unit. However, the people taking calls either are not familiar with the product they represent or do not take the customer seriously.

    I was told a $460 part and repair would fix my 8 year old ac. Repairman could not get ac to work after part was installed, said his boss needed to take over.**** said ac needed replacement, $17,399.00, would require 10% down.Paid deposit, and searched competitors. Competition informed me my ac had manufactor's warranty remaining, replacement would be $11,000.00.Informed Graham heating and air of such. They refused to compete and bid new offer. When asked for deposit back. They invoiced me another $657.00 for work, and have not returned already collected $1739.99.

    Weve used Graham for years with satisfaction. Around 2 years ago, they improved their customer service interface. I recommend. By the way, ****** is a top notch service technician.

    It started a little bit badly because I had 3 different phone numbers calling me to set up appointment. I finally did set up one and got the best and most honest service I have received since moving to ******* 5 years ago. A young fellow by the name of ****** introduced himself then explained what he would be doing asked me if he could proceed and then followed thru with everything he had said he would do. As he went he would tell me what was good and within tolerance and what might need to be done. ****** was polite and explained everything to me. Job well done. Graham heating and air did what they said they would do for the price they told me but ****** made the experience great.
