  first of all i think the BBB is dishonest. they told me i had several inquires and i should join. I asked what kind of inquiries and they said they were not at liberty to say. They said they would come Friday and pick up a check and we could discuss. I said i would only write a check after we discussed the so called inquiries. She said she would see me Friday. She showed up Friday and asked for the check. I said I agreed to join only after we discussed the inquiries. She said I just came for the check and she left without discussing anything and i certainly would not write her a check. I called my friend who was my college classmate and he said they called him also and said that he should join because there were several inquiries. I think the BBB should join the BBB. /as for ****** of Ervin Air, he is honest and listens to the customer. I've known ****** for probably 20 years and he has done many jobs for me installing and fixing ac units. I think he is competent and trustworthy. ***

  This is a horrible business the customer service is ridiculous. Harold is rude, disrespectful and evidently unapologetic about his lack of professionalism. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company or patronize it. No matter how you are personally when conducting business you should always be respectful of others and Harold is a poor example; the way he uses profanity directly at his staff is extremely unprofessional.   Came out and looked at our unit right away after the storm. Showed up on time and received notifications they were on the way. The pricing was great compared to most of the others quotes I got. They were able to get me on the schedule fairly quick and the entire unit outside and inside was installed in about 6 hours. My house has never been cooler. The guys were very polite and cleaned up after they were finished. Highly recommend.

  HORRIBLE!!!!!The owner came to my house in error. AND entered my home without consent and when I approached him he proceeded to belittle berate and scare me by yelling at me and calling me a f***ing nasty B****.I filed a report with the sheriff. This is so unnerving based on all we are going through right now with the hurricane damage. I thought he was merely a technician/hired employee because an owner would never put his reputation on the line like that!!!!! So, I called the number on the side of the van and the man who answered the phone cut me off immediately and said he was the the technician and called me more names and hung up on me!!!!I will continue to tell my story about the complete and utter stupidity of the owner ****** Ervin at Ervin Air!!!! A simple apology as he was standing in my foyer..of the worn address, wrong street wrong house would have sufficed as opposed to me bing threatened and sworn about by him.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had a new AC unit installed by Ervin Air exactly 2 yrs ago this month. I have had to have them here 5 seperate times to unblocked the drain line. They keep telling me "its ******* weather" but I've lived in ******* nearly my whole life and had a previous ac unit in my same condo that never had a clogged drain line. Mr ********************** is screaming at me on the phone at the top of his lungs because I offended him saying he didnt install the unit properly because a clogged drain line every 7-8 weeks with a brand new ac is NOT normal. He refuses to come fix it becauae he says there is nothing wrong with it. I will be calling the local news stations to report him and the BBB. Then he called me a "fuc$#%@ cunt" and hung up the phone because I told him I was calling BBB, news stations and a lawyer!! He's got a few screws loose AND doesn't know how to install ac units!!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
