    We hired **** to install our liner and we couldn't be happier with his work. My husband, who is now 80, has been installing pools since he was 15 years old. Due to health issues, he is unable to install this one, and says **** is a true professional. **** showed up ready to work. His price was fair and the liner was installed perfectly. It's smooth and looks great. Thank you, ****. We won't use any one else for our pool needs.

    Amazing work! My pool looks great! **** kept in contact and answered any questions that I had. I will definitely recommend him. This is my second above ground pool (the first being installed by another well known company) and I have had at least three liners replaced in the past; this is by far the best job that I have had done.

    set up a time and date stayed in contact with me due to weather etc and came out installed new liner, coping, seals always great service. If you need a liner installed or a pool installed they are the once to call.

    Mike installed a pool for my family and I HIGHLY recommend him. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and provided great customer service. He is THE guy to go to for a pool.

    Mike is a horrible pool installer I paid him to install my new liner What a joke HE left LOTS of wrinkles on the bottom of my pool he didn't stretch the liner so there's a BIG bubble above my return the gasket in the filters sticking out Cracked my pvc pipe had to pay another man to fix it painted the outside of my pool for some reason looks like crap please do not use him If you do you will regret it trust me very disappointed customer

    We apologize for the late response as we were unsure how to rebuttal this through the BBB portal. Brooker Pools is sorry you feel your experience was so poor. We paid out of pocket to attempt to help the rust situation and sprayed the areas agreed upon. We never agreed to spray the entirety of your pool at our out of pocket expense. We returned several times regarding issues with the liner and advised you not to allow people into the pool until the water reached a certain level and even started taking pictures of the liner when we would leave. After multiple return trips it was clear we could not make you happy or resolve this situation. My crew no longer felt safe returning.
