HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE WHOS IN NEED TO STAY AWAY !!! My boyfriend hired this attorney for a 50/50 case . Martin law firm was uncommunicative in every way possible , They would charge him and charge him but the services he was charged all this money for never brought any light to this cloudy situation , it was so bad that the other party with no attorney ran marathon laps around Martin . Martin would direct him to do something then lose in the end not to mention he never knew why leaving my boyfriend so confused and lost during this whole case . A year and a half later my boyfriend decided to drop him and hire a new lawyer that could handle this case because seemingly this simple case turned into mission impossible with Martin law group and thousands of dollars was given to this man . My boyfriend also paid for trial and they kept that ! yes Martin law firm is also money hungry and will take and take and not perform there job ( they said as a curtsy we decided to refund you X** amount that there services are non refundable when you pay a flat rate ) thats another thing a flat rate good and real attorneys work off of retainers only !!!!! Thats how this place traps you cause it seems affordable truly a joke how would you feel if your lawyer told you pay a thousand plus dollars to file this and then he takes a week to file it mind you time was set for 3 days ( he stated and then the office is on a whole different page again communication is horrible ) and it didnt happen till he called him flipping out and then they finally filed it a few hours later and then bam you loose it and martins response is I dont know ?? Not to mention after that day Martin went ghost until he found out he was dropped !!!! Is that who you want to represent you ? I thought hiring an attorney is so post to bring some type of weight off your shoulder ?? Isnt that what youre looking for at rough times ? There are such thing as bad businesses and hungry people and this is definitely one
