"The lack of respect, consideration and empathy for their patients is so big that's ridiculous. My wife had made an appointment for me while she was there with me on the phone since I know it is practically impossible to talk to the scheduling staff no matter how many times you call and I was in pain, 8 am was the given appointment on Friday 09/16/2022, I got there and was told my appointment was at 11:30 am, no communication to reschedule or anything, a total waste of time even when I had clearly told them I was in a lot of pain." ...
