  This company is irresponsible and careless. They damaged some of my expensive landscaping and basically called me a liar when I spoke with them about the damage. They insisted they could not have caused the damage and refused to pay for the repairs.

  Joshua Tree has paid the cost of repairing the damage. I was able to have a pleasant, professional conversation with the owner and am happy to continue to work with them.

  I called and explained i needed certified arborist to write report for my insurance company about neighbor's trees hanging over my property and have ready for storm if destruction or debris on my property and the neighbor would be responsible. He came and said he did not do Lee county properties and I would need to go to Code Enforcement to file a complaint, (I called and they do not do complaints on trees). He was here all of 10 minutes and I still had to pay him $150, even with a written paper on problem. He did stay in truck in cull de sac circle for a while. I am a senior citizen and sick of getting ripped off with this type of response from businesses and they are no help. He had to know my location and my problem after I talked to he day before about an appointment. So why did he come - just for the money. I called and talked to him and he said he drove here and time and gas are expensive.
