Their work is well done as community contract. Mowing trimming and blowing off debris. Quick response to any issue. Our HOA goal to make community appear showcase thruout.

This company is irresponsible and careless. They damaged some of my expensive landscaping and basically called me a liar when I spoke with them about the damage. They insisted they could not have caused the damage and refused to pay for the repairs.Joshua Tree Inc.

Upon thorough investigation, the reported damage was not caused by our team. It is evident that the curb by the road was driven on by a vehicle, the lines/marks on the curbing are present in areas that our equipment is unable to access.
We genuinely value your satisfaction and are open to further discussions to resolve this matter amicably.

Joshua Tree has paid the cost of repairing the damage. I was able to have a pleasant, professional conversation with the owner and am happy to continue to work with them.
