    I highly recommend Waters Edge Pools to anyone considering a new pool or looking to renovate an existing one. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to excellence make them a trusted and reliable partner for your pool project.

    First let me start by WARNING you, stay away from this company. Due to litigation reasons, I wont get deep into details, however, what a mistake it was hiring Waters Edge Pools LLC. Its been a true nightmare from the start. Dont make the same mistake I made, please find a more reputable company that is worth investing your hard-earned money into. They subcontract about 90% of the work, and do not supervise the people they contract so theres plenty of mistakes that need to be addressed after the fact. Do not expect Waters Edge Pools LLC to be on the clients side; do not complain to Waters Edge Pools LLC as they will threaten you with court. The owner does not stand behind his work. I cant speak for everyone but I can and will share my terrible experience with Waters Edge Pools LLC, Please, please, PLEASE be careful, and protect your money.

    In reply to Mr. C*********'s review I believe he is not being true.  In fact he was the one who stated he was going to sue us. We are about 60% in house however, we subcontract certain stages of our work as most pool companies do because it is not common to have a pool contractor license and for example a general contractor license for aluminum work. We also stand by our work. Mr C********* was not satisfied with the paver deck and we ripped up the deck up twice and completely under his supervision and to his satisfaction, where all parties left in an agreement that he was satisfied. Only to be contacted by him days later telling us that he still is not satisfied and will not accept the work and will not pay. In addition to Mr C********* not paying our company for services he received, he sealed shut the disconnect panel so we can not obtain our final inspection with the city. I believe his review is out of hate and spite and does not constitute a 1 star review. In addition, Mr C*********'s actions and behaviors with not paying for services he receives is very long and is public record.
