These people are a JOKE ! Check out the yelp and ****** reviews if you are looking to hire monthly ************* is never clean ! I pay 130 a month to have a dirty pool. They have neglected many things which have caused me to replace my pump and many other parts to my pool. I have been a paying customer to them for2/ 3 years, tried not to complain but i constantly have ALGAE in my pool. Not to mention ********************* Has the worst attitude for a woman seriously.. and to be a representative for the company? Yikes. Last thing i want is to have is a grown woman giving me attitude and excuses about why their company can't hire the correct people! Now they are saying another part is broken but didn't let me know until i called AGAIN asking where the tech is? Get it together! ****** is the only employee there that has done right by me and my pool! These people are unreliable , lack knowledge and untrustworthy. Probably doing this to many of their clients!

I'm sorry that your expectations were not met. The blacking in your pool is not a deficiency in your service. The pool was built in **** and is an indication that needs to be resurfaced. It is not ALGAE. I have pictures of your pool as it was vacuumed per your contract, and it looks the same right after being vacuumed. As for ******'s attitude, you spoke to ****** in a threating manner. When she turned the call over to one of the other managers, he described the call as aggressively chaotic. People will tend to respond in kind. You subsequently came into the office today in the middle of a meeting and continued to be adversarial and disparaging of the company. This seems to back up what both ****** and *** told me. Even this review shows clear biases toward ****** who is just trying to explain why you werent being serviced on your normal day. Let me be clear, threatening phone calls to the office will result in immediate termination of service.
As for broken parts. Your chlorinator has been unusable for some time. Additionally, your equipment pad is overgrown with weeds and the equipment appears to be 33 years old except for the pump. My guess is that someone hit the chlorinator valve with a weed eater based on the picture with your log.  If you look through your logs you have a note 2 months back that the floater (floating chlorinator) has disintegrated. That does not happen overnight and seems to support the idea that the chlorinator hasnt worked for some time. All these items are in the logs sent to you your email waiting for follow up.
As for our pool technicians, it has been a challenge to find the right fit for our company. We havent tried to hide the fact that we are short on manpower. I sent out a note to all our customers to be transparent. We did terminate someone, but it wasnt your route guy. You did not experience a disruption in service. I have a second person that is out due to an on-the-job injury and that is forcing ** to deviate from our normal schedule. Trying to find good help is challenging for every industry. Fortunately, after this week will go from being understaffed to overstaffed.
I wish you and your next pool company well. Good Luck.

STAY AWAY from this company. You will regret trusting them. It is easy to be fooled by good ratings from years passed , dont be fooled. . When I asked them to fix the rough texture inside the spa , they told me to use a brick and grind it smooth myself . There is more to the sad story. Why so many 1 star reviews CP ? Why do some get sub standard treatment and refused warrantee service ? IF a client shows any dissatisfaction with their work , you will be systematically ignored from that point onward and treated with egregious unprofessionalism. They brag about building 200 pools a year but I know from personal experience , if you are not a contractor, your build wont get their quality subs. Imagine my angst when they hired a company with terrible reviews to work on my site! The real cost of hiring contemporary pools is far greater than what youll pay for your pool package. Heres one of many examples how their incompetence cost us so much. Our pavers , installed by them for under our pool cage were NOT set in concrete per engineering. Contemporary pools rarely sends field supervisors to monitor quality control. The pavers which were to be the strength of our pool ***************** , were set atop a thin layer of sand and never properly set in concrete. On Sept 28, 2022 , as hurricane *** approached , our new pool cage folded in on itself when the wind hit a mere 60 mph . An engineer reviewing damages after *** showed us that because contemporary pools never bothered to set our pavers properly in concrete , our cage had nothing but one paver securing it . It collapsed completely totally destroying gutters, fascia, and 4 storm smart screens. ******  doesnt care about individual customers and he has excuses galore why such and such isnt covered. If youre a big contractor and build many pools with them each year , you may get preferential service and possibly even a warranty. If youre just a homeowner dreaming of a pool , do yourself a favor, RUN !!!
